Just weeks before the prestigious Raiders Foundation inaugural Silver & Black Gala, the event production team faced a critical challenge: a design had not yet been finalized for the event’s centerpiece or the 18 surrounding booths that met the high expectations of Mark Davis.
TCB Production stepped in to bridge the gap between concept and reality. Working closely with the production team, we developed a concept for a striking centerpiece and an innovative design for the satellite booths that hit the target immediately. With the designs approved, the question was asked: “Can you build and install all of this in time?”
The answer was yes.
What followed was one of our most intense productions to date. To meet the deadline, the TCB shop ran non-stop. We implemented rotating 12-hour shifts for our fabrication teams to keep production moving around the clock, while TCB ownership pulled 24-hour+ shifts on the floor to oversee quality and ensure every detail was executed perfectly.
Our comprehensive scope included:
Mass Fabrication: Built the custom centerpiece booth and 18 additional booths simultaneously.
Integrated Tech: Wired and installed LED lighting across all structures, utilizing battery-powered solutions for booths where cable runs weren’t possible.
Graphics: Printed and installed all vinyl graphics for a cohesive look.
The TCB Difference We completed the installation just hours before the doors opened. While a portion of our team focused on the final cleaning and finishing touches of our own build, we noticed that other vendors were still scrambling. A few of us jumped in to help them clean, prep, and set up items that weren’t even in our contract.
At TCB, we believe that when it’s showtime, it doesn’t matter whose “job” it is. All that matters is that the event is perfect.
