TCB Production received the call on a Thursday. By Friday, our team had completed the design, finalized engineering, and ordered all necessary materials. With a non-negotiable Sunday early AM delivery deadline, that left exactly one day for production.

Despite the “extreme rush” status, we didn’t just meet the requirements; we expanded them. During the single day of production, we successfully:

• Fabricated the Desk: Built a custom broadcast desk inspired by FOX/ESPN/NFL-style studio desks, specifically designed for high-definition on-camera use.

• Executed Last-Minute Add-Ons: Produced custom-printed footballs and fabricated an additional step-and-repeat wall, incorporating both into the same breathless timeline.

• Delivered Early: Transported and delivered the entire package to Allegiant Stadium in the early hours of Sunday morning, ensuring the client was ready well ahead of schedule.
