When Staccato 2011 faced an unexpected setback that left their original VIP booth unavailable just days before their event, they turned to us for an immediate solution. Mobilizing instantly, the TCB team designed, engineered, built, and installed a complete replacement booth in just a few days. Despite the incredibly tight timeline, we didn’t settle for off-the-shelf solutions.

We delivered a fully custom-fabricated environment. Our team executed a rapid design-build process that included:

• Custom Fabrication: We constructed a custom pergola structure to define the space, along with custom-built floor, desks and plant stands tailored specifically to the client’s brand aesthetic.
• Signage & Branding: We produced and installed custom signage to ensure immediate brand recognition on the show floor.
• Sourcing & Styling: To complete the look, we sourced matching stools and selected live agave plants and pots, adding a natural, polished touch to the design.
